	Directions from M11 From M25, take J27 for the M11 in direction of Stansted Airport Take J8A (A120) Colchester turn off and stay on A120 until bypassing Braintree, then follow signs for Sudbury A131. Follow A131 through Halstead then onto Sudbury. After crossing the river in Sudbury you are fed into the one-way system, pass Fire station & church on left, stay in RH lane following direction for Colchester after second set of lights, take middle lane as it becomes available, at the round-about, turn left onto B1508. Go straight across mini roundabout, Richmond Lodge is 100 metres on the LH side, turn left and park in drive.

	Directions from A12 Follow A12 to the A1124 (Cambridge exit) and turn off. Follow directions for Cambridge and proceed through Eight Ash Green until a steep clockwise bend (about 1 mile). Take the RH turning sign posted Fordham (just before the Shell garage on Left). Follow road through Fordham until T junction, turn left in direction of Bures & Sudbury (B1508). After Great Cornard church, Digital Fine Cut is 150 metres on the right. Park in drive
